As a personal trainer, I take your weight loss and fitness goals serious. I understand that losing weight can be challenging and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and overall fitness goals.
Forever Fitness' "Go Hard or Go Home" boot camp is a mix of traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It is designed for all fitness levels with exercises being modified as needed for different individual needs. Boot camp is anywhere from four to eight weeks and is held outdoors at a designated location.
I understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
